Achieving Benefits from LEarning analytics (2015-2018)
Learning analytics (LA) is a potentially transformational technology for higher education. It offers opportunities to identify those students at risk of underperforming or even leaving. However, LA is only as useful as the actions it initiates. The ABLE Project is researching those interventions needed at the point where learning analytics identify a student is potentially at risk. We will make recommendations and resources available for the sector to exploit the potential this technology provides.
The project is jointly run by Nottingham Trent University (UK), KU Leuven (Belgium) and Universiteit Leiden (Netherlands).
